English Teaching

As an Undergraduate Student Teaching Fellow (USTF) at CUHK-Shenzhen, I was responsible for a Self-Access Language Learning Center (SALL) activity called “Oral English Practice.” Every week, I tutor for 3 hours, one-on-one, to help students improve their oral English. My "clients" include UG Y1-2 students for ENG presentations, UG Y3-4 students for TOEFL/IELTS speaking, and PG students for academic presentations and interviews.

Beginning in March 2026, I was appointed a Sole Instructor at Stepping Stones China, a non-profit that provides high-quality English-language education to children in underdeveloped areas of China. Currently, I teach English (with a strong focus on speaking and vocabulary) to 22 fifth-grade Chinese students from Nan'an, Fujian.
