As a legal intern, I have developed a strong foundation in both cross-border litigation and global transactions. At JS Law, I managed e-commerce litigation defense by coordinating due diligence for over 60 clients, helping secure more than RMB 3 million in settlements across Guangzhou and Shenzhen while mitigating international risk through daily Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) alerts based on U.S. court updates.
I subsequently transitioned to the Global Transactions β Equity Capital Market group at Freshfields LLP, where I contributed to seven HKEX Main Board IPO projects. In this role, I conducted over 30 onsite third-party due diligence interviews, translated more than 20 complex regulatory documents, and drafted over 10 U.S.-side prospectus chapters in English, demonstrating my ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional legal environments.
