As a junior law student, my research explores the evolving intersections of constitutional rights, technological governance, and international regulation. My writing aims to bridge traditional legal doctrines with complex contemporary challenges-ranging from the nuances of symbolic speech to the legal frameworks governing semiconductor export controls and AI. Recently, my paper 'Freedom of Speech and National Pride: Flag Desecration in the United States' was published in the Journal of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences. By analyzing landmark Supreme Court rulings, the article examines the constitutional tension between preserving national symbolism and protecting First Amendment rights. Whether drafting comprehensive legal memos for international arbitration or analyzing federal search powers, my ongoing scholarship is driven by a commitment to rigorous, objective analysis of the law.
